You won’t find the following in my yoga classes…
No Touching
I will not manually adjust you, unless you ask.
Listen to my cues, and move your body safely, your way.
No Chanting
Many of us aren’t comfortable, with chanting.
So I don’t include it.
No Headstands
Deepen your practice without risking injury.
You don’t need strong inverted poses.

Yoga Class Styles

Gentle Yoga
For the beginner yogi and those wishing to work towards greater mobility, strength and flexibility. Be fully guided through breathwork, physical postures and basic meditations. We focus upon the foundations so you can build your confidence and ability in every session.

Slow Flow
Pranayama (breath control) opens every Slow Flow class to help ground you. Gracefully flow through several asana (pose) sequences to build intensity and warmth, and challenge your strength and stamina. Finish with healing and rest with guided meditation in Savasana.

Hatha 75
A 75-minute class for all abilities that includes traditional wellbeing modalities such as Qi Gong, intermediate pranayama and silent meditation. Hold each pose and notice what unfolds. Hone your skills in interoception, focus, alignment, stamina, balance and strength.

Yin Yoga
A practice of surrender, this intimate form of yoga has you hold each pose for several minutes to target deep tissues. Often, in this safe and special space, physical and emotional blockages are released. A soothing Yoga Nidra meditation integrates your experience.

Chair Yoga
I come to you!
Offer your staff or residents the experience of yoga, no matter their physical ability or if they’ve tried yoga before. The chair is our friend as we explore our potential with sitting and standing poses, breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness. -
Private 1:1 Sessions
Whether you have specific health needs, experience social anxiety, are neurodivergent, are looking for a bespoke practice regimen or a 1:1 learning intensive, please reach out to discuss your goals and desires. Couples and parent/child sessions are also very welcome.
