No Touching
I will not manually adjust you, unless you ask.
Listen to my cues, move your body safely, your way.
No Chanting
Many of us aren’t familiar, nor comfortable, with chanting. So it’s not included here.
No Headstands
Let’s work on deepening your practice without risking injury. You don’t need strong inverted poses.

Yoga Class Styles

Gentle
For the beginner yogi and those aiming for greater mobility, strength and flexibility. Be fully guided through breathwork, physical postures and mindfulness techniques. Focus upon the foundations to build your confidence and ability in every session.

Slow Flow
Pranayama (breath control) opens every Slow Flow class to help ground you. Gracefully flow through several asana (pose) sequences to build intensity and warmth, and challenge your strength and stamina. Finish with healing and rest with guided meditation in Savasana.

Chair Yoga
This carefully curated class caters to the needs of the challenged yogi - those requiring management of injury, surgery, illness and/or trauma. The chair is your friend as your body/mind awareness matures, allowing you to move in safety and explore your potential.

Yin Yoga
A practice of surrender, this intimate form of yoga will have you hold each pose for several minutes to target deep connective tissue. Often, in this sacred space, physical and emotional blockages are released. A soothing Yoga Nidra integrates your experience.

Hatha 60 & 75
60- or 75-minute class for all abilities that includes traditional wellbeing modalities such as Qi Gong, intermediate pranayama and silent meditation. Hold each pose and notice what unfolds. Hone your skills in interoception, drishti, alignment, stamina, balance and strength.

Private Sessions
Whether you have additional needs, experience crippling social anxiety, are looking for a bespoke practice regimen or a 1:1 learning intensive, please reach out to me directly to discuss your goals and desires. Couple and parent/child sessions are also very welcome.
